Wrap
Starting at the base of the trunk, wrap the flexible lighting panel around the palm. The patented self-centering mechanism automatically aligns the panel — no measuring, no adjusting. Snap the closures to lock it in place. The panel forms a perfect cylinder around the trunk every time.
Lift
Slide the secured panel upward along the trunk to your desired starting height. Each panel weighs just two pounds — any adult or teenager can do this comfortably. Even for a 40–50 foot tree, the total lifting force across all panels is only about 20 pounds.
Connect
Place the next panel at the base and snap it to the bottom of the first. Connect the waterproof electrical lines between panels — a simple plug-in connection that relays power up the trunk. No wiring knowledge required. No exposed connections.
Repeat
Continue wrapping, lifting, and connecting panels from the ground up until the full trunk is covered. A 20-foot tree takes five panels and can be completed in under an hour. Taller trees simply need more panels — the modular system scales to any height.

Palm trees naturally taper as they rise, with a wider base, a narrower middle, and a different diameter again at the top. The Palms & Poles™ patented self-centering mechanism automatically corrects for these variations as panels stack and interconnect upward, keeping every panel neatly centered and beautifully positioned along the full length of the trunk — unaffected by wind or rain.
